Open Microsoft access and open a gallery template, this is done by choosing file then new. Once there use the task pane on the right side of the window, this is your template search box, click, type database in the search and up will come all the available databases, scroll down until you see the name “ sales and contact management” and download. In the Microsoft Access program itself find the office button and click it, then click new which is located in the left task pane window , then choose the business category that fits you company best. The customer relationship tab should be located in the business templates. Download. Look over the template and make sure it’s the one that fits your company. If you click f11 you will be able to read it in full. Customize the template the way you to then update as needed to fit the project at hand. Modify if need be. You can choose to copy in information or enter in manually. From there you will want to run queries and reports. If template does not include one you can use the query wizard or query design view to create one. Run personalized reports next.
