 I heard that Microsoft is making a major announcement on June 18, Monday. What do you think this is all about? Is this about a purchase of a software or hardware company? Or a new tablet in partnership with Barnes & Noble?

Microsoft Announcement on June 18

Hello friend,

You are correct today (18/June) Microsoft is going to make a major announcement in front of American press. No one knows what is the purpose of this announcement, but there are lot of rumors flying around, Microsoft is not yet accepted any of it. Some says it will be a Tablet, which will give additional support for windows 8. They say it is for competing against the Apple's new iPad. But still the Microsoft is declining this comment. Some says that it will about the new OS which they are going to release Windows 8.

Still the meeting has to start, we want to wait until that. The Microsoft says in a email that " This will be a major Microsoft announcement — you will not want to miss it ". So let us wait and see what it is.
