But anyway, if this problem is new to you, try restarting your computer then try it again. See if you are now able to use it after the system has been restarted.
You may also try doing a clean installation of Microsoft CRM 2011 to fix any corrupted files that may have developed since it was first installed and to restore it to its default configuration. Uninstall Microsoft CRM 2011 then restart your computer when asked. After booting, check your machine for any possible errors.
Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics test on your machine, use disk utility applications like Norton Utilities, or Norton SystemWorks. Install the application again then check if this fixes the problem.
