Hello,
I want to post a bank transaction, but this error appears and resets all my commands. At my last post everything worked fine, I didn’t have any problem with the post. In the past, I had a few problems in Microsoft Dynamic GP which I fix them, but now I am stuck. Anyone knows how to solve this and why can’t upgrade the software ?
Thanks !

Microsoft Dynamics GP error appears and always resets all commands
If you have successfully posted a transaction before and it is only now that it happened, try reinstalling the product. There should be no problem with your operating system if you have successfully installed and used it before. After installing it, try posting a new transaction and see if you can do it successfully. If this is successful, the program probably encountered a corrupted file that caused the error.
If you still can’t do a successful posting, try checking and installing the latest update for your Microsoft Dynamics GP. The update is normally in the form of Service Packs like when updating Microsoft Windows. If you wish to update your Microsoft Dynamics GP to the latest Service Pack, visit Update Microsoft Dynamics GP. On the next page, select Windows Live ID, and sign in with your account. Follow the instructions after that. See image.
In case you are using the 2010 edition, you can download the Service Pack 4 update from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Service Pack 4. If you are using the 2013 version, you can download the Service Pack 2 update from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Service Pack 2.
