Microsoft Entourage error has occurred

I was working in Microsoft Entourage.

An error message (like the screenshot) appeared, and it stopped working.

Can anyone please solve it?

An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft Framework library.

Microsoft Entourage error has occurred

You receive the following error message when you start Microsoft Office 2004.

You can resolve this problem by performing one of the following actions.

1  Update the Microsoft Office 2004.

2  Download all the available updates from the given link. https://products.office.com/en-us/buy/office

3  Reboot the computer may fix this problem.

This problem may occur if files are locked in the identities folder of Microsoft Office. Perform the following steps to fix this issue.

1. Close any Office programs that are running.
2. You have to open the affected identity folder.
3. Verify the locked files in the identity folder.
4. Select the locked file and then click on "Show Info" on the File menu.
5. Click to unlock the files then close the open Window.
6. Repeat the same process for the locked files.

The Office should now work properly.
