Microsoft Excel cell selection Error

Hi,

I am using Mac Operating System and installed Microsoft Office latest version but got a problem working on Microsoft Excel. I have upload an error image so that you can help me in proper way. Your help would be appreciated.

Microsoft Excel cell selection Error

It is very unfortunate that you encounter this issue while using Solver. Solver is actually not a Microsoft product. It is only an add-in for Microsoft Office Excel. This problem has already been raised to the Microsoft Community website and several community staffs and users have responded but not a single solution has actually fixed the problem.

According to Microsoft Community moderators, it is not a Microsoft product and the problem should be brought to the attention of the developer. But according to the technical department of Solver, Microsoft is the one responsible for managing the add-in. So, where is the solution there. So, I guess, try visiting the Excel Solver website and see if you can find any support links there.

You might also want to visit the EXCEL SOLVER – WHAT SOLVER CAN AND CANNOT DO link from the page so you can learn if there is something wrong with what you did and find a way how to fix it. Also, try updating Microsoft Office Excel 2016 from Office 2016 for Mac Update.
