Hi guys,
Have you ever seen this error dialog box when you use your Microsoft Excel?
Microsoft Excel
Input cell reference is not valid.
I have seen this a couple of times and I don't know what to do with it.
I just use CTRL+ALT+DEL to force quit the program.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Excel Error: Input cell reference is not valid
Good day to you!
This error appears when you are using data table and the cell data is connected to an external reference wherein the row and column input cell of the active worksheet is outside of the table range.
Don’t worry because this is the software design of Microsoft Excel.
The solution for this problem is to use a cell with a linking formula ("=Sheet1!A1") as your input cell. Using this technique you can put the input cell is on the same worksheet as the Data Table and retaining the original cell on a sheet other than this.
Hope this helps.

Microsoft Excel Error: Input cell reference is not valid
Reason:
If you are using a data table in Microsoft Excel and the row or column input cell refers to an external reference, you may receive this error. This may happen when columns or rows containing data used in the formula are accidentally deleted or a formula has been moved or copied to another cell.
Solution:
The solution to the problem
Follow the instructions to resolve the error “Input cell reference is not valid”:
Step 1. Open a Microsoft Excel worksheet.
Step 2. Use a cell with a linking formula (”=Sheet1!A1”) as input cell. That way the input cell will be on the same worksheet as the Data Table and the ‘real’ input cell will be on another sheet.
Note:
Invalid cell reference errors occur when a spreadsheet formula contains wrong cell references. It can also occur when the row and column input cell refer to a cell on the active worksheet outside of the table range. This feature of data tables is by design.
