My Microsoft Exchange is not receiving external email. I have tried deleting stuff as I thought there was no space but it did not work. Any other solution?

The first thing that you have to do is check what is happening to e-mails that are received. To see that, send a test mail from an external e-mail. Now, go to the toolbox in the right menu and select ‘message tracking’. Next, login and type the address of the mail from which you sent the test mail. Hit ‘ok’. If you get a window saying “the message couldn’t be delivered”, then follow these steps;
1) Click on start-> services.msc and then press enter.
2) Then search for ‘Microsoft Exchange Transport’.
3) Right-click on it and select ‘restart’.
4) After that, repeat the test and you will see that everything is ok.
