Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ‘e:program

Hello,

I am not allowed for any mods to E:/Program Files

1: All permission just disappeared to delete, change, remove or move. I am running these programs in E:/Program files on Windows 7.

2: Why can’t I have full control on the new folder which I can create with full control?

3: I still have no permission to access the data in “WinTotal” if I reinstall the existing programs.

See the following error image and suggest me the proper way to resolve this problem.

Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ‘e:program

Hi White,
The error is because of different user account permissions.
The solution to it is:
1) Open 'User Account Control Settings'
2) In the 'Start Search Box' type UAC
3) Click 'Change User Account Control Settings' in Control Window
4) Set it to 'Always Notify'
5) Click 'Start', type 'msconfig.exe' in the start search box
6) Enter Administrator password and click 'Continue'
7) On the 'General' tab, Click 'Normal StartUp' option, Click 'OK'
8) When informed to restart computer, Click 'Restart'
