I have an online account of Microsoft Office 365. While opening the archives on my outlook app, I get the following error – office 365 your archive appears to be unavailable. Please help.

Microsoft Office 365 Your Archive Appears To Be Unavailable Error

This problem occurs due to the corruption of root certificates on the Exchange hybrid server. To resolve this issue, you have two alternatives.

1. Make sure you are the Office 365 administrator on your PC. Now try to update the root certificates. Run an application called ‘Windows Update on the Exchange hybrid server’ from start menu. 2. Please restart your hybrid configuration wizard. Then create a new Hybrid Deployment for Office 365. To know more about how to do this visit – https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh529940(v=exchg.141).aspx
