Microsoft office outlook 2007 are damaged

I recently tried to use Microsoft office outlook 2007 and there was no problem but I tried to download some emails from my Gmail and yahoo. I found that downloaded emails were damaged. I found emails are written in symbols (#$<>?…) instead of English and Arabic.  So please anyone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it.

Change the email format into HTML not rich text.

Microsoft office outlook 2007 are damaged

If you get different symbols on your messages when you downloaded your Gmail and Yahoo messages in your Microsoft Outlook 2007, try checking those messages manually by logging in to your Gmail and Yahoo account with your web browser.

If you did not find any problems in the texts of your messages after logging in to your accounts, try checking the settings of Microsoft Outlook 2007.

You may also try uninstalling Microsoft Outlook 2007 and then install it back. This will fix any corrupted files in the installation and will restore the settings back to default.

You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors in the file system of the hard drive. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
