The error message showed at the time of my attempt to configure Out of Office Assistant in Microsoft® Office® Outlook® 2007 or Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. How I can resolve these errors please help me?

Hi there Shaun L Day

There are two ways of solving this problem. Follow one of this to avoid your problem

1st Method

Step 1 – Click Start > Run > type regedit and hit enter and open regedit editor

Step 2 – Locate the following path

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice12.0Outlook

Step 3 – Go to edit > New > Click Key > Give the Name As “Cached Mode”

Step 4 – Go inside that newly created key

Step 5 – On the right hand side click right mouse button > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value

Step 4 – Give the name as “OnlineABForNewPrimarySMTP” and hit enter

Step 5 – Set the value to “1” in value data box the click modify

Step 6 – Exit the regedit editor

Note – If it is for outlook 2010 you need to use this path

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice14.0OutlookRPC

2nd method

Download this software which provided from Microsoft for overcome this issue

How to use? Download it > install > run the program > done
