Microsoft Office Outlook error the Add-in “AVP MailChecker

Hi,

Recently I added a new email account to Outlook and after I did all for the new account this window appear and I am stuck with it because I don’t know what happened. I clicked Deny button because I am afraid that something will happen to my current account if I click Allow. I need someone to tell me what this means? If is bad or not and please help me to set up a new email account in Outlook.

Hello,

MS Outlook is one of the best email management software. Sorry to hear the issue with your Outlook. The add-in for Outlook is malfunctioning so you’re having this error.

It looks like you have got Kaspersky installed because AVP MailCheck is a part of Kaspersky that checks incoming and outgoing mails for vulnerability. Get the latest version of your Kaspersky product. This will replace the broken add-in with a fresh and stronger one.

If still no luck, you have to remove it.

1. Go to Tools >> Options >> “Other” tab on Outlook.

2. Hit “Advanced Options”.

3. Click “COM Add-Ins”.

4. Select “AVP MailChecker”, hit “Remove”.

5. Restart Outlook.

Your problem should go away for sure.
