hello please follow the below steps for the microsoft office upgrade from 2007 to 2010 are as follows :

• First download the setup
• Open the installed file and enter product key
• Next accept and follow the instructions
• Later you click on upgrade to being with the upgradation
• Next you’ll get the option to reboot click yes and finish the process.
