Hi Nelly,
Â
Is this a new install of your Visio Viewer? an upgrade? or have you made any changes on your system?
Â
There is a possibility that the system could not find the file it was looking.
Â
Try to look for the file name "visioviewer.msi" on your folder by going to drive C:>>Program Files>>MSECache>>vviewer>>look for file name visioviewer.msi
Â
If you see "visioviewer(1).msi", you have to rename it "visioviewer.msi"
Â
If youare still experiencing this issue, another solution would be to COMPLETELY UNINSTALL the program. If you have windows XP, click START>>CONTROL PANEL>>ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS>>CHANGE OR REMOVE PROGRAMS>>look for visioviewer>>click CHANGE/REMOVE.
Â
Restart your computer.
Â
Reinstall you visioviewer.
Â
Hope this helps.

Go to this link and see if it helps you out. It states that you need a fix to solve the problem. It also says that you can perform a complete new installation but i usually don't recommend it as it is a hefty and lengthy process and you might do something wrong in it if you have never installed it.
After that go to the installation directory of the viso viewer. Normally its in C drive.
When you reach there look for the fie named "visioviewer.msi" .
if it is written like visioviewer.msi(1) or (2), then please rename it and remove the later part of the file name.
This will surely help you out.
