Hey, the system requirements for the Microsoft office with access 2013 are 1 GHz of processor, 3 GB of HDD and 1 GB of Ram. The installation procedure for the same is as follows:

• Download the file and then save it. Later choose for the version x86 or x64.
• Now click on the access.exe file to start setup
• Next follow the steps and complete the installation
