The Outlook PST File is also called as the Outlook data file. It is used for IMAP or POP3 email accounts. They are used to create archives and backup files for Microsoft Outlook. You can create an Outlook PST file using the steps given below.
1. Open Outlook and visit the Home tab.
2. Click on the New Items button.
3. Point to ‘More Items’ and select Outlook Data File.
4. Then, create Data File dialogue box will open.
5. Input the name you want to give to your data file.
6. Export it to the folder of your choice.
