I like to use Microsoft Outlook as my email client. I am running a Microsoft Exchange server. When my Outlook 2013 Autodiscover tries to trace Autodiscover information, I don’t get satisfactory results. Please help.
Microsoft Outlook 2013 Autodiscover Behaves Incorrectly
When Microsoft Outlook tries to contact the Autodiscover service using the Client Access Server role (CAS), it uses more than one method to reach the destination.
To resolve this problem, you need to look up the registry of Microsoft Outlook.
• Open the Start Menu and enter the command regedit.exe in the run dialogue box to open the registry editor.
• Locate the Autodiscover key in the Microsoft Outlook folder.
• Note the DWORD values for each of the following attributes in the Autodiscover subkey.
Repeat the above step for other subkeys under Microsoft Outlook.
