I like to use Microsoft Outlook as my email client. I find the Outlook calendar very useful. I have scheduled a lot of meetings with it. Besides doing that, how can I use the Outlook Calendar Resource Manager?

Microsoft Outlook Calendar Resource Scheduling Manager.

In addition to sending invites and scheduling meetings, you can also use the Outlook Calendar to schedule resources like the projector, meeting rooms, and auditoriums. Here is how you can do it.

1. First, make the profile of the resource in Exchange Server
2. Open Outlook with the same profile
3. Go to Calendar Options
4. Click on Resource Scheduling.
5. Select the appropriate options.
6. You are done.
