Hi Experts,

Microsoft Publisher 2010 has encountered a problem with EPS graphics file.

However, I faced no problem with .GIF or .JPG files. While importing an EPS graphics file a pop up box asked the file type.

I selected it as the EPS file. In this position, it is throwing the error message. I do not understand the error message.

Please help me to solve the issue.

Thank you.

To work around this problem, you can convert the .EPS image file to a different format. Here are the steps to convert it.

1. Open the EPS file in paint and save it in a different format. To do this, right-click on the image file and select “open with Paint”.

2. When Paint opens, click on the “Save as” disk image on the top left corner of the program.

3. A window will open.  Change the format of the file in the “Save as type” selection at the bottom of the mini-window.

4. Try importing the newly saved file into the Publisher.
