In case you are having this problem during the startup of Manager, then you will need to check and make sure that you do not have Data Execution Prevention that has been enabled on your computer, because if it is then that is the one causing the problem to occur.
That feature is mainly meant to prevent an application or service from executing code from a non-executable memory region, and therefore you will need to disable it, or you can as well choose to add MoraeManger.exe to the exemption list. For you to be able to change the DEP settings, you will need to go to Start, and then go to Control Panel, and there choose System, and then Advanced followed by Performance Settings and finally choose Data Execution Prevention.
