Microsoft Train Simulator failed to initialize heading tape

Hi there,

I have installed the Microsoft Train Simulator game and I when I was trying to play it this error stopped me. I have installed on my PC other simulation games and never had a problem with them. I have reinstalled the game, copied and did everything that was required and I couldn’t get rid of the error. Can anyone help me to fix this and help me to play this game ? Why is this the only simulator game that gives me an error and the other don’t ?

Microsoft Train Simulator failed to initialize heading tape

Hello,

This is an error that happens when these files: “ACleanTrack1.ace” and “ACleanTrack2.ace” are being corrupted or missing. So this type of error is appearing.

Check out these folder: the Route_NameTextures and the Route_NameTexturesSnow. You might find out those files missing. Replace them and router will function perfectly.
