I am having problems getting the True Image Home running and working on my Windows XP machine.
Somehow after a long struggle I was able to install the application. But when I try to run the same I get a Runtime Error message.
I have tried to reinstall the .net framework after doing a little research on Web, but that dint work.
What can I do to make this work?

This issue occurs by runtime components in Visual C++ Libraries is lost. Or it could be a software problem.
If the issue is runtime components in Visual C++ libraries you can reinstall the components of Visual C++ Libraries to solve this issue.

If it does not solve the issue, then it must be the software problem, then I would suggest that you will have to clean boot. By doing this
Click the start button then point in the cursor in the search bar and type MSCONFIG then enter, then click the services tabular, you will check the Hide all Microsoft services box and disable all, now click the startup tab then disable a;; then OK, Now reboot your computer.
