Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Error Specified cast is not valid.

Has anyone else, faced the same error message and anyone knows what this could be?

I had installed the latest version of Team foundation software power tools, and from the time I have it installed, I have been getting this error message. When the Team Explorer is loading, it pops up with the error message.

I have Microsoft Communicator IM tool also installed on my Windows Vista machine.

Microsoft Visual Studio Error

The above error occurred because Microsoft Office communicator was enabled. In order to resolve this problem, you must disable MS Office communicator, please see the following procedures:

1. Right click Team members (access Team Explorer) ;
2. Select Personal Settings ;
3. Click Change then choose change to none.
