Microsoft Windows live installer is showing an error message
Hello Joan,
That is a compatibility issue and therefore you will need to resolve it as follows:
-
From the error message that you're getting, the operating system that you are using is a 32 bit.
-
But it seems that the setup that you're using is not 32 bit.
-
You will therefore need to download a fresh setup application that is a 32 bit and use it for installation.
Regards,
Nicke
Microsoft Windows live installer is showing an error message
Joan,
It seems that the Windows Live Writer installer that you downloaded is for 64-bit operating systems like Windows Vista and Windows 7.  The reason why you have this error during the installation is that you are running on an operating system that is 32-bit  Windows XP.  Try to look for an installer that says it can operate in Windows XP or in operation system that is 32-bit so you can have a smooth installation.
Good luck!
