My error is related to the printers, I have bought a HP Printer and I have windows XP running on my laptop.
I have office 2003 on my laptop and I want to print a document, but when o clicked on print I found the following error :

No printers are installed. To install a printer, point to Settings on the Windows Start menu, click Printers, and then double-click. Add Printer. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
Any help please, I can’t use my new printer till now and I want to print many things.
I don’t know where does the error come from to begin solving it.

MS-Word Error: No printers are installed
If you found the following error on your laptop using ms word 2003 to print the document. You can follow these steps:
-
Install the printer driver on your PC
-
Add Printer
-
Select Local Printer, click Next
-
Select Create a new port and select 'Standard TCP/IP Port', click Next and Next
-
Enter the IP address of your printer, click Next, click Finish
-
Click 'Have Disk', navigate to where you installed the printer driver and select the INF file, click Open, click OK
-
The rest of the prompts may differ from printer to printer but should be self-explanatory; the printer then installs
-
Microsoft Word 2003 now correctly sees the printer
