Hello,
There has been a recent problem with Microsoft word 2007 in my pc. Earlier I used to open it with all programs–>Microsoft office
Microsoft office word 2007 method. But now I do not see the Microsoft word 2007 in the Microsoft office menu. I tried to fix it but I am out of ideas. I want the Microsoft word back in the Microsoft office menu.
Please someone give me suggestion about how to bring it back.

Hey Leo!
The scenario you write above sounds like you accidentally delete you Microsoft Office Word from the programs list.
Anyways you do not have to worry about it, it's really a simple solution.
Follow these steps to have your shortcut back
1. Go to the folder where you have installed the Microsoft Office.
(Default is: My computer>C:program filesMicrosoft office)
2. Find here Microsoft Word icon.
3. Once found it, Drag this icon to the start button, it will open.
4. Go to program files>Microsoft office and drop that icon here.
Now you have your shortcut back.
Thanks

Hi
There are some ways to fix this problem.
Solution 1
You can uninstall the whole office package and then restart the computer. After that install the office package and hope it will fix the problem.
Solution 2
Right click on the start menu and explore the windows. Then drag the file which you want to make available in start menu in the shortcut folder.
Solution 3
Go the office installed folder (usually c/program files/Microsoft office/ choose the word icon and drag it in the start menu.
So, you can apply any of the above mentioned method to fix the problem.

Wow, it was very easy to solve my problem. Thank you, Tunacao_Caaron1. I found the Ms word icon at the folder of Microsoft office in Program Files. It was really simple, just drag the icon to the start button. And drop that icon in the folder of Microsoft Office.
