Migrate OS to SSD error: cannot complete installation

I am not able to finish the installation. The file gives the error message regarding Paragon's installer .msi

Error 1901. Error attempting to read from the source

installation database: C:WindowsInstaller4c2aebe4.msi.

Retry Cancel

Please guide me to get a working version of this program since I require shifting my Operating System!

Migrate OS to SSD error: cannot complete installation

Hi Regina Wagner,

Please try the following steps.

• Right click the set-up file and run the installer with Administrative privileges, the set up could be attempting to write to a file for which it doesn’t have access to.
• Download the setup file again, the setup file you have might be corrupted.
• Boot the computer in safe mode and attempt to install the software.
