Hey, please follow the below steps to migrate user profile windows 7 which are as follows :

• First launch the windows transfer program
• Go for migrating to computer or go for export the profile option
• Export the files to the locations and launch it again
• After launching select for new computer and it will help you to export form one profile to other.
