How can I modify my android smartphone foot theme to display various color schemes at various instances and set time intervals to enhance the aesthetics of my mobile display?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify created or built in to your Android theme. However, you can download software for creating a theme, so you can make your desired color display, scheme, etc.  On Android, you can use a launcher to download themes for your device. One of the most popular is the Go Launcher EX. You can download it from the Google Play. Just type the Go Launcher EX on the search area or download it from this link.
