Hi,

I have a LAN based network in my office now I want to Monitor web cam via LAN network . If any one have best solution then reply me as soon as possible.

Monitor web cam via lan

Hey Alex Joshuaa,

I got following possible solutions for your question:

1. You can do this by installing a camera like Intel video camera which offers the native application to be shared through LAN.
2. You can host your local computer for your web cam, to be visible to other users that are connected to the same LAN, by using Apache server etc.
3. You can use windows default feature to share windows desktop or screen/remote desktop feature for your LAN users to see your web cam.
4. If you are unable to do any thing about how to monitor web cam via LAN network. I suggest you to reply with the specifications of your machine so as to suggest the best possible solution for your issue.
