Windows 8 creates on the basic principles of Windows 7 by providing better safety feature, starting fast and running long time. Windows 8 expands these fundamental functions with a new touch-optimized user interface. It  also provides the foundation to create a whole new generation of full-screen applications that are based on modern web requirements and available through the new Windows Store. For Windows 8,  the PC experience is remodeled and built upon everything that already been appreciated about Windows.

Actually Windows 8 has four versions: Windows 8 standard, Windows 8 Pro, Windows 8 Enterprise, and Windows  RT. The first is the basic consumer edition and will be suitable for common user. Window 8 Pro is for professionals and business purpose. Windows 8 Enterprise is suitable for IT organizations and Windows RT will be available in tablet PC and ARM supporting devices.
