More issues with my Hewlett-Packard Slate tab

Hi all,

1 week back, I bought a new Hewlett-Packard (HP) Slate 7 voice tablet.

It is good for looking, but I observed that it is having a charging issue. I took photos, but the quality is not at all good. I have to make more calls due to my assigned work. But I am getting a very low voice from the receiver. I went to the shop and explained what all the issues I am facing. They have replaced with new a piece. But new piece also I am facing the same problem. I was in a dilemma.

Can somebody give me suggestions to fix these issues? Thanks so much in advance!

Hello David

It is too bad that it had to happen this way, The problems you have described are the inherent defects in HP Slate 7. Nothing much can be done regarding the quality of photos, nor charging especially after the replacement with a new slate. Regarding the low volume of the receiver, try different handsets and see if there is change in the quality of reception.
