Mouse & keyboard not functioning properly

Both my mouse and keyboard have started behaving in a strange manner in the last few days. I mean, sometimes when you click on the browser with the right-side button of the mouse, it closes it and when I click the windows key on the keyboard, it alternates tabs. It keeps on changing the functions of keys until you cannot do anything with it without making mistakes. Is this a virus? How does it affect my hardware? How can I remove it?

Hi,

Your both mouse and keyboard are behaving in a strange manner due a virus. The problem you are facing is due to a virus which does not allow you to use your mouse and keyboard according to your wish. To resolve this problem, you should scan your full system with an antivirus and malware protection. You can use “Norton Antivirus” to your system to resolve the problem.
