Move all my IE Bookmarks to Chrome

I need a step by step guide to achieve this from IE 8 or 9 to Chrome latest version

Also my history data to Chrome

Move all my IE Bookmarks to Chrome

You can easily import your bookmarks, history from any other browser.First, open your Google Chrome Browser. Then, navigate to (right hand top corner symbol for) options. From the drop down menu, select  Bookmarks > Import Bookmark and Settings.

Else, click on this path to open the same dialog box: chrome://settings/importData (Type in the address bar)

Now, select the options and your data is imported from IE to Chrome.
