Is it easy to move from IMAP email to exchange? Where do I get an invitation for MS Office 365? Is it possible to configure Google Desktop search to search Sharepoint?

Hello Jamesina,

For sure you can move from IMAP email to exchange, but there are a number of steps that you will need to follow. First you will have to download an application called Microsoft Transporter, the newest version. For the Microsoft Transporter to work you will need to have .NET Framework installed on your system. Verified that, install the Microsoft transporter tool:

To move from IMAP to exchange, you will need to create a list in the CSV format with all the details concerning the mail box, and then you will import that file into the microsoft transporter that you have just installed. Thereafter you can choose the accounts that you need to move and the time range of the data that you want to migrate.
