As Thunderbird is free and also an open source software and enable of cross platform like e-mail and news client. It is next to Mozilla Firefox. There are some other alternative to do the same work. These are:

1. Microsoft Office Outlook:

Here are two of the best alternatives you can use in replacement for the Mozilla Thunderbird email client since Mozilla, also the creator of the Firefox web browser, is already stopping the development of the desktop email client:
