Mozzila Firefox cannot install add-ons without error

Hi there,

During the install of some addons for Mozilla this error appeared. Last week I have installed without any errors others addons and now I’m stuck with this. Any solution ? What is happening now with my browser ?

Mozzila Firefox cannot install add-ons without error

Hi Leslie,

It seems that you have faced a network connection related issue. You can simply try to download the add on again and install it. If you fail again:

– Check your network connection is working properly.

– Check your firewall to see whether it is blocking the connection to the given URL. If found, remove the link from the block list.

Now, try and install it again.
