MS Exchange Server auto respond

I am using a a distribution email group, When someone emails this account will send an auto-reply by MS Exchange Server auto respond. I need to create a rule in such a way, so that it sends an auto response to emails that are generated by the my website alone. How can I get this possible by using be able to do with MS Exchange Server 2010. If anyone provide a way of doing this, it would be great.

Hey Kyle

Yes you can create a rule for your auto-reply. To do this you need a third –party software. Code two exchange rules pro. The steps to create the rule are as follows:

Go to “actions tab” then add “auto respond” action. You can specify the site; the subject of the auto- replied message, the senders and recipients. Later you can also create a folder with files that will be added as attachments to your automatic reply. I hope this information is of help to you.
