I buy a new laptop of Sony. It’s a window vista.
It has OneNote2007. I saved some website links for future references.
But when I click on the link it says.
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator”.
How can I solve it?

MS Office OneNote 2007 solution
Hi Jalalpjl's
First of all be sure of your browsres. For these type of works Maxthon and IE7 are the best options. Make sure you are using one of these. If you are still getting the problem i m writing some steps you can try them.
I don't know if this is there in Vista, but as we have this option in XP, it just might be worth a try
Start > Control Panel > Folder Options (or the Vista equivalent)
Select the File Types tab
Scroll down until you see the entry for {NONE} URL: HyperText Transfer Protocol
Click the advanced button.
Choose to edit the likely only action present (open)
do this only if Maxthon2 is listed as program
If checked, uncheck the "Use DDE" option.
