The .pst file can be import to your outlook account all you have to do open outlook from your computer ( hope that you have it with the office package ) go to file menu click on Import and Export menu item select "import from another program or file" click on next then select  "Personal Folder File (.pst) click on next and select browse and point your .pst file and select one of three options according to your wish and click next.

Then your .pst file will import to your account. you will able to read each and everything included in that folder after.

Thanks

There is an advantage when using the Import and Export Wizard when importing and exporting different kinds of data. It saves you the time of having to manually re-enter all the data you need. By doing this method, all the data you require is produced in an instant. Microsoft Office Outlook gives you the ability to copy data from many programs so that you can use that data in Outlook.

But when doing an import or export, always remember to not import items that are created in different languages or in multiple languages that is not supported by your system code. For example, if you have items created in multiple languages in a Microsoft Office Outlook Personal Folders file [.pst], you should not import the items to a Microsoft Office Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders file [.pst].
