MS Word Screen tab known

On the menu bar, choose the Page layout option and click on split screen.

MS Word Screen tab known

Depending on what version of Microsoft Word you have installed on your computer and are using, accessing the split tool may vary although the location of the tool is almost always in the same location.

To access the split tool for Microsoft Word version 2003, simply click on the “Window” menu and click on Split.

For Microsoft Word version 2007, the split tool can be found by clicking on the "View" tab that is located on the ribbon.

After clicking on the “View" tab and displaying the options contained in this tab, the split too can be found within the group marked “Window”.
