MSI INSTALLER ERROR CODE 2230

Hello,

I faced an internal error message when I attempted to install/uninstall the ctrix hotfix server software. I also receive this error message when adding or removing some components of the server software.How can I fix this problem immediately? Please provide the proper way to resolve the error. I would be grateful to you.

Error: Internal Error 2203. C:windowsInstaller9a7abf3.ipi,-2147024629

MSI INSTALLER ERROR CODE 2230

Hi Brian,
The error is because the path of the variables is incorrect.
To resolve this error,check the path of the administrator’s user variable in the system properties of the temp and tmp variable as per below directory locations:
TEMP:%USERPROFILE%Local SettingsTemp
TMP:%USERPROFILE%Local SettingsTemp
Do ensure that they do not conflict with the system path.
