Hello Last week, I encountered several problems with the MSI Dragon Center. When I open the software, the loading time is very high and after opening the software, not all menus are displayed. After clicking on Mystic Light, no option is activated. After each update, the software gets worse. The RGB lights of my memories (Ballistix Tactical RGB) have stopped working and are now blue in color.

What’s going on Who has the same problem? The version is msi suite 1.0.036. Z390 Gaming Edge AC Motherboard. PS: I also use Cooler Master Portal to control the mouse and keyboard and iCue to control the fans. However, none of these devices are compatible with Mystic Light.

You should try the following steps for the same this will deal with the issue

– Remove CMOS

-Reinstall dragon center

-Reinstall suite

– Reinstall Win 10

Hence the problem resolved!
