Msn messenger with colour wheel popping out

I just installed Msn messenger 7 on my Macbook Air with Intel Core i5 and 512 GB flash storage.  Why is it that when I launch the program, the computer hangs then the color wheel shows up?  Anyone having the same msn messenger with colour wheel problem?

Hi William,

 

1) Option:

Try to install safari 3 beta first and then,try to install MNS messenger on your MacBook Air it solve your problem.

And Also try to download MNS messenger 7 from good website which provide proper version without error.

2) Option:

a. Exit from  MSN Messenger for Mac.
b. select  the icon for the hard disk drive.
c. Select user, and then click your user name.
d. Go to Library, click Preferences, and then click Microsoft.
e. Drag com.microsoft.Messenger.plist and com.microsoft.Messenger.rtc.plist to the trash.
f. Open the Microsoft folder inside the preferences folder, and then drag Microsoft Messenger User Cache.plist to the trash.
