MSVCR71.dll Error after Updating Real Player and iTunes

When I logged to my computer I get this error message “The procedure entry point ismbcspace could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR71.dll”. I think I updated Real Player and iTunes then this error occurred. When I tried to click the OK button, another runtime error appeared.  Please guide me. I will appreciate if you help me in this matter.

MSVCR71.dll Error after Updating Real Player and iTunes

So the problem occurred when you updated real player and itunes. From the nature of the error message, it is clear that some *.dll files are missing, and those are important registry files that are needed for the computer to work well, and therefore you will need to fix that.  Since the error occurred after updating the two programs you have mentioned, I will suggest that you do the following:

• You can run system  restore utility to remove real player and itunes, and the do a fresh installation of them so as to fix the bugs that may have been caused as a result of installing these two programs' updates.
• You can also choose to run a registry fix program, like ccleaner so that of the registry entries are having some temporary problems, they can be fixed.
