Do we have mobiles available right now that would support multi-tab browsing and not freeze?

Hello,

Yes there are so many mobiles. All the smart phones are giving this facility with correct web browser. It is not enough that the phone support. It also needs supported web browser. This web browser should be mobile phone supported version. Most of my friends and me are using Opera mini web browser as our mobile phone web browser. It has multi tab option and it is giving fast access experience most of the time. But it also freezes sometimes. But 99%, it is working properly. So I recommend you to use Opera mini as your mobile phone web browser.
