Multiple monitor both turned off and need to restart

Hi!

I bought two new Samsung S24C650 for my desktop. I left the computer on and came back. All turned in to black. Pressed few buttons and moved the mouse still nothing happens. I can see power light on in my desktop. What could be causing this problem? I have a very good video card for this monitors? Is it the monitors or my video card? Or I just need to do some tweaks to resolve my problem? Can you provide me few steps on how to resolve this issue?

There are few steps that you can try yourself, before seeking for technical assistance.

• First of all, verify the proper connection of the power cable & ROM and check if the problem is solved.
• If no, scan the system for viral attacks since it can also cause this issue.
• Also try resetting BIOS settings to default.
• Try connecting another monitor if available. If the issue persists, there can be a problem in power, system board or display.
• If the other monitor did not have the issue, try adjusting the brightness to the minimum level possible.
