"I have the following problem: I administer an Exchange account. It is a PST file to a network directory, which is used to store all e-mail I received this manually registered account. If there are many e-mails, I save them in different folders in the PST. My problem: I do not have enough time to do it alone, so I want to duplicate the access to this account and PST over 10 people. Then we would like to see an entire inbox, DVT and change. Is there a way to do?"

Multiple users in same account in MS Outlook

Hello,

How are you? To solve your problem you should maintain the following steps:

Step 1 : To start the Office Customization Tool you should go to \serversharesetup.exe/admin. Select Product dialog box and click on open an existing setup customization file if you want to edit an existing customization file (.msp).

Step 2: In the outlook area, click on outlook profile. To alter an existing profile select Modify profile or new profile. To configure new and existing accounts just click on Add accounts and then click Customize additional outlook profile and account information.

Step 3 : Click on Add button.

Step 4 : Select Exchange option from Add account dialogue box. Then click next.

Step 5: In the exchange setting, dialogue box, put the user name. Then click ok and finally finish. That is exactly it. Learn More.
