My Acrobat Dc Is Not Responding
In the application, file corruption or program malfunction become the most prominent cause for the acrobat dc is not responding. The method to fix the problem is as follows:
Method 1: Check for Update
Step 1: Launch the application and click on Help >> Check for Updates to start the process.
Step 2: If an update will available, then click on Download and Install to proceed with the process.
Step 3: Close the application and click on the newly-downloaded file to install the latest version of the application.
Method 2: Run Adobe Program as Administrator.
Step 1: Go to the directed path ‘C:\Program File (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader’ to access the .exe file of the program.
Step 2: Right-click on the .exe file and select Run as Administrator.
Step 3: Accept the prompted dialog box to accept UAC.
